My journey
- I am born and raised in Germany but lived in four different countries besides my home country (The Netherlands, South Africa, Belgium, and Malaysia). I truly understand the challenges of moving to a different country, building friendships from scratch, and navigating dating and relationships in very different cultures
- Malaysia has been my home for the last 5 years
- Bachelor Degree in International Business & Master's degree in Human Resource Management with a major in Organisational Psychology
- 7 years of experience in candidate coaching and project management
- Author of The Other “Workout”
- Founder of a passive income company (A rental company of cleaning machines)
- Certified Yoga teacher and trained in Mindfulness

To get a bit more personal...
- I used to be really hard on myself and suffered from insomnia, as well as procrastinating about important things. However, I am extremely grateful that I have overcome these challenges by now.
- Over the past few years, I've come to realize that it's always about transitioning from a victim mentality to that of a passionate, grateful, and creative individual.
- Empowering ourselves and taking action into the right direction can be challenging without assistance. That's why I am here, here to support you achieving your goals!
